How to Report a Concern
Whistleblowing – Mondottica Srl
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, Mondottica Srl and its wholly owned subsidiaries have established a dedicated channel for reporting unlawful conduct and violations. This channel ensures the highest level of confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity and the information provided.
Who Can Report
The reporting channel is accessible to:

All employees, regardless of contractual type;

Self-employed workers, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, volunteers, and interns;

Shareholders, members of corporate bodies, and individuals holding administrative, management, supervisory, or representative roles.
Subject of the Report
Reports must be detailed and include information sufficient to allow the verification of the facts.
Reports may concern:

Unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and violations of the Organization, Management and Control Models adopted;

Offences as defined by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937 (violations of EU or national laws implementing the Directive);
-
Acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the European Union (Art. 325 TFEU);
-
Violations concerning competition, state aid, and corporate taxation;
-
Conduct that may undermine the objectives and purposes of the above-mentioned EU regulations;
-
Other administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offences.
Excluded Cases
The following are not considered admissible reports:

Personal complaints related to employment or hierarchical relationships;

Violations governed by specific EU regulations (Part II of the Annex to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023);
-
Matters concerning national security and defense.
Whistleblower Protection
Whistleblowers acting in good faith and with reasonable grounds shall not face retaliation or discrimination as a result of their report (Articles 16 and 17, Legislative Decree No. 24/2023).
Protection will not apply if criminal liability for slander or defamation, or civil liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, is established. In such cases, Mondottica Srl reserves the right to protect its interests and those of any affected parties.
