Our Company ensures equal dignity and equal opportunities for all employees and collaborators, within a transparent and rewarding working environment.

Commitments

  2. Create an inclusive workplace, free from any form of direct or indirect discrimination, and sanction any behavior that undermines personal, social, political, or cultural diversit
  3. Apply specific personnel management procedures to ensure fairness throughout all stages of the employment relationship – from recruitment and role assignment, to career development, professional growth, salary equity, and termination
  4. Establish a gender equality system, through a strategic project based on best practices, with measurable objectives and performance indicators, including initiatives for women’s empowerment
  5. Develop corporate welfare programs that recognize the importance of balancing professional and personal life, by promoting initiatives supporting parenting, caregiving, and overall work-life balance

Actions, Communication, and Transparency

A Strategic Plan has been defined and is monitored to implement this policy and its related objectives, within a gender equality management system. Progress and results are tracked through specific KPIs.

A Gender Equality Steering Committee has been established to ensure the effective adoption and continuous application of this policy.

Management has appointed a Project Representative, defined a specific procedure for handling reports, and implemented a disciplinary system to prevent any form of physical, verbal, or digital abuse (harassment) in the workplace.

This Policy is communicated and shared across the organization and with all stakeholders, in a spirit of transparency and collaboration.
